By accessing or shopping on this site, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms at any time.

At The Mean Indian, all products displayed constitute an "invitation to offer." Your order constitutes your "offer," which we may accept or reject at our discretion.

1. Eligibility to Use Our Site

Use of the site is available only to individuals who can legally enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. Persons "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.) are not eligible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Each item is custom-made. Orders take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. This timeline may extend during launches, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Domestic Shipping

• Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
• For orders below ₹5,000, shipping is calculated at checkout

International Shipping

• Shipping rates depend on destination and package weight
• Duties and taxes are included in the final price

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Shipping address or method cannot be modified once an order is placed. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will be returned at the customer's expense.

7. Returns & Refunds

All products are made-to-order; we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only applicable for damaged goods. Claims must be supported with clear photo or video proof and submitted within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 5–8 business days to the original payment method.
