6. Shipping & Delivery

At The Mean Indian, each item is custom-made to ensure premium craftsmanship and reduce waste. Orders take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. This timeline may extend during new collection launches, public holidays, or high-demand periods.

Domestic Shipping

• Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000

• For orders below ₹5,000, shipping is calculated at checkout

International Shipping

• Shipping rates depend on destination and package weight

• Duties and taxes are included in the final price

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. We cannot modify the shipping address or method once an order is placed. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will be returned at the customer’s expense.

7. Returns & Refunds

All products are made-to-order; therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only applicable for damaged goods. Claims must be supported with clear photo or video proof and submitted within 3 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–8 business days to the original payment method.
